The hotel is in a very good location. There are many restaurants, shops around the main street. Breakfast was good at the hotel. The service is good. The room is large. Cleanliness good with few exceptions. No vacuum cleaner. The shower drains slightly clogged. I had to stop the water from entering the room with towels. WIFI was a good comparison to other Aqaba hotels.

Clean, convenient, could use a decoration update. Swimming pool is kind of scary. If you dare to swim you will be a fish in the breakfast room aquarium. Worst point : the hôtel keeps a poor parrot in a cage who has lost most of his feathers. Best point : they allow early check-in.

The hotel is in a good location - plenty of restaurants, shops around and relatively close to the sea. My experience here would have been better if not for one receptionist - extremely rude, very arrogant and no respect for women.
The rest of the staff was truly helpful with a good attitude, positive vibes.
My room was clean and normal size, but there were some small issues: during my one week stay, I had to ask to fix my key (card) 4 times, cause it wouldn't lock. The fridge there is mostly for decoration and the AC is not very adjustable although it works. Water draining system in the shower is not the best. Had to use towels to absorb the water. Very good housekeeping service: beds were nicely made, clean towels, bars of soap were always available.
Breakfast selection was decent. The food was ok but I didn't enjoy dinner at all. Nothing tasted really good - edible, but that's about it.
Good wifi through out the entire hotel 👍.
Once again, if not for the rude receptionist my stay would have been better.
Do I think this is a four star hotel? No. But on a good day, with lovely staff and better food I'd give it 3 stars.

Though sorry to hear of the receptionist and we have elevated this comment to the GM and owners! We are diverse and inclusive company with female management and employees. Our hotel is also committed to continue to hire females, train and mentor as tourism/hospitality is important for Jordan's economy and employment. A borderline two star hotel. Very basic. Location is good near the shopping area and the Red Sea but that's about it. We were given a smoking room first which they changed to non smoking. Breakfast and dinner buffets were nothing special.

We have changed our dining both breakfast and dinner and there is a difference as of mid October.
