I booked this hotel for my partner and I through booking.com. The photos pictured a very clean and well maintained hotel. When we first arrived at the hotel, the first thing I noticed as a dodgy sign for a massage out the front. I immediately didnt get a good feel for the hotel. I then went inside where the lobby was very hot and tiny. A female staff member at the counter had limited English and tried to communicate with me about breakfast times and the room which we had booked. We went into the lift where there was barely room for myself and my partner with our two bags of luggage. The lift was hot and dirty. The lift doors then opened on our floor and the first thing we both noticed was the filthy walls with chips and paint missing down the hallway. The carpet in the hallway was also dirty. We were already regretting booking this hotel before we went into the room. We opened the door to the room which smelt of smoke and was very dark as the curtains were drawn. I didnt bother to open the curtains to see what view awaited me......I placed my hand on the bed and all I could feel were springs in the mattress. The sheets did appear clean. I walked into the bathroom and saw a hose on the wall as a shower (no shower curtain, no bath tub or anything to stop the water flowing everywhere). My partner and I decided we couldn't stay in this room for three nights so spoke to staff at reception who kindly helped us organise to be checked out of the hotel. The staff were friendly enough considering their limited English but alot of work needs to be done at this hotel....

Stayed last weekend. Room was alright but the bed was not good. One of the 2 towels in the bathroom had 2 strong black stains and quality was poor. Size of the room big with partial view of beach. Bath tub had shower but no curtain. Sleep quality was alright. TV had cnn which was good. Lobby was like a market place with not enough space to sit as it was too tiny. Lobby layout and outlook is poor, could certainly do better

This hotel was the worst one we stayed in during our 3 week stay in Vietnam. We stayed on the 5th floor for 4 nights and whilst we can’t be sure - the room next door must have been used by prostitutes. There were people coming and going into that room all night. Loud, laughing and setting the door alarm off every night. There is no gym! The gym room was completely empty. The sea views are overlooking a pig sty - literally. The breakfast was uneatable. The highlights were the free bikes and the girls on reception were the hotel’s saving grace. I can’t forget the noise outside our hotel which carried up to our room and the constant banging in the basement from 5:30 am. I would not recommend this hotel at all. We’re pretty tolerant people but this place was intolerable!

The hotel have a good location, 2 minutes from the beach, the hotel is ok, small room, not very clean, Close to restaurants and shops, breakfast was good , Hotel with fair price for what you get. You will get a drink when you arrive, and if you sit outside you will get free green tea, that was nice, staff from reception was friendly
