Upon arrival, hotel was dark and gloomy, looks closed. From the sofas in the lobby, you’d think that the hotel has not been cleaned for years. That is also the same sofa that the staffs sleep on. First room: no air con, some lights were out, i can forgive the ugly old looking wallpaper but not the many big fat bed bugs and the cockroaches in the room (read all the other reviews for this hotel online, it’s the same). The bed had blood stains due to the squashed bed bugs. Water flow was weak and dirty. Full of mosquitoes. Immediately requested to change to a different room at 5am in the morning. Got the second room one level up. Second room: The same. Minus the bed bugs. And the window cannot be closed (according to the staff) Skipped breakfast because it was not halal (which is fine) but what we saw is definitely not “breakfast”. The worse hotel ever. Comparing prices, it is not as cheap as some other hotels in the area with better reviews. Highly not recommended. Kind of like a haunted house in the making. Only plus point, 2 minutes walk to the beach that you can’t really see from your room despite the distance.

At this hotel while writing this. hadn't seen the other reviews. no light in bathroom, rubbish breakfast are just a few things to mention, of course dirty rooms best of all is open wifi router so anyone can steal passwords, credit card numbers etc. rude staff, when pointing out some problems they laughed and told me I can stay in the lobby if I want internet as there the router is secure, when asked for a manager I was put on phone to a rude lady that told me its not easy to secure a wifi router with password and it would take time, staff also entered our room when we were out, not to clean so who knows what they did.. NEVER stay at this hotel,,,,

Arriving in the rain the reception didn’t even care when we entered with a whole family and luggage.

Once in our room, there is no air condition. Toilets are disgusting and like other says not cleaned! You find other hairs in the bathroom. The shower is dirty and schampoo and soap is soaked in in the glass and on the shelves.

The drain is bad and there is full of insects! For a 3 star hotel this is unacceptable! Should have no stars at all.

-if you check in here and can’t get out of staying please use wipes and bring your own things to sleep on or use a towel.

Honestly for the price we expected much better, considering we checked into 3 other hotels in Danang and all were better than this.

The rooms air conditioning was weak

Roaches everywhere!!!!!!! on my shoes, the walls ,bathroom, under the bed.

Asked to get air on fixed and someone literally went next to it for 10sec and said it was fixed.

Walls were peeling and stained we got transferred to another from because of air on and wall issues and the same issues were present in new room.

Cleaning. Service was basically to neaten the sheets and duvet not replace Then. And lighting was very odd.

Gave it 1 star rating as zero stars is not an available option.

Some of the wonderful attractions at this hotel;

Hot aircon...ONLY hot aircon.
Pet friendly, cockroaches loved our room.
Zero shower pressure.
Holes in the wall.
Mould inside the kettle, but the penicillin could come in handy as the room was filthy, complete with make up stains on the linen.

The list goes on and on. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place, a black mark against an otherwise beautiful city.
