It wasn’t my first time in Kemer in 4* hotel. But the town changed completely and not in a good way.
I stayed for a week at this hotel. First of all, if it says that it’s 4* hotel just don’t believe it! I’ve seen enough hotels in Turkey and this one is definitely not a 4*...
First of all, rooms are tiny and dirty (see pictures attached). We had to ask few times to clean it! Eventually room was changed (after asking few times and waiting for it for a day).
Location is quite okay (beach is near and town centre is just around the corner).
Staff was really helpful but the problem is that staff does not speak English. Why? Because mostly all customers are Russian. And that would be also okay but... one night hotel had an even called Turkish night and guess what we got? A lot of Russian music, MC speaking only Russian and he had guts to say out loud that Soviet Union is still alive and Russia is an Empire. If hotel wants to please Russian tourists at least do it without politics and distorted facts.
Even though, the hotel as itself is not a 4* some guys from staff are pretty amazing. There is a PR guy named Ramazan. He was helpful and always ready to give some advice. Thank you Ramazan!
Hammam was okay. It is really cheap and quality of it according the price is pretty good.
Food. If you come for breakfast or lunch or dinner at least 30 min later than it starts, good luck on finding any vegetables or fruits.
Bar. Hotel was fully booked and a pool bar or a night bar which are really loaded of thirsty people has only one barman. One barman to take orders from hundreds... so be ready to stand in line.
In general, those people who do not mind only Russian music, unclean rooms but pretty good location, this hotel is ready to help you out!
Peace & love!
I was visited this hotel with my family .food of this hotel is fantastic.Also room service is available and it is very good. Hotel staff service is good.Good interior design of this hotel.it is safe place for the family.
The hotel is located in the center of Kemer, 3 minutes to the beach through a wonderful park.
Walk to nightclub (Inferno, Aura, and Crystal) no more than 10 minutes
The food was very tasty, varied. Room cleaning was every day
Animators was entertained all the whole day: water aerobics, water polo, different competitions in the pool. In the evening, competitions, dancing on the roof of our hotel
Disadvantages:
1) Bad wi-fi
2) if your windows in your room overlook on the pool, the music wakes up you at 9 am
Location: pretty close to sea in the center of town;
Staff: few and too busy to attend to your needs, act on request;
Room cleaning: regular but not thorough;
Premises: the facilities are relatively few as the area is quite small; some buildings are old and do not correspond the hotel status;
Swimming pools: two small; with too short working time;
Food: a variety and abundance is on offer;
Drinks: not enough: no bar at the beach; working hours are short; only one bar available; water is available from one cooler only; bottled water is provided for 1$ per 0,5l (that's a shame, the worst about the hotel);
Animation: meant for young people only, thematically limited;
Stay with family and kids: only building C provides peace and quiet, others look out on busy and noisy parts.
This was our honeymoon... For weeks I was searching for infos about this hotel and all I found wasn't even close to our experience. We were supposed to have " All inclusive " arrangement
*We had decent reception, miserable dinner at the arriaval. At first side, room was OK, but the aircondition was't working- they fixed it next day. Cleaning was miserable, if we didn't drop the towels on the floor they weren't changed.
*The pool is filled with all kind of hemical, a got a skin rash a couple of hours later which lasted 3-4 days. We've never visited it again!!!!
*Fist 2 days the food was decent, after that they started to recycle it, i guess that the only wonderfull dinner we had (chiken& fries)someone had to fight it up!!! That was the only time. fruits don't eve imagine to get. All you get is a watermellon ang slices of oranges only twice but, there was a guy who was giving them and you get a cross look if you ask for more- I am serious!!! Juices were out of machine not even close to quality ones.
* the staff is MISERABLE!! May God be with you if your spoken lenguage is English- no one will try to anderstand or answer UNLESS it is a PAYBLE service you are asking about. On the other side, russian is spoken as a mother thong. 2 days before leaving, my watch and earings dissapeard from my room. NO ONE TRIED TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT THAT even I asked for someone to at least look for them among the staff. Only thing we get was a detailed search through our room, so they can be sure that we're not lying!!!
*Last day, we checked out at noon and the Agency was supposed to picek us up from the hotel at midnight to take us to the airport. It was very hot evening, food as usual terrible so while my husband and other couple of our group were finishing the dinner, i was by the pool (one step further) sitting on the chair of the restorant heaving rest and ketching breth because at that time I was 4 month pregnant. One of those "gorgeous" members of the staff insisted to me, to get back the chair. I was astonished of this hideous behavior!
This is only short description of our terrible experience in "Asdem Park" Hotel. So, if you have extra money, BELIEVE ME there are smarter and better ways to spend them!!
