The Hotel is very luxurious, the staff were very friendly, the animation team were doing their best to make every one happy through various activities for kids & adults , the room is clean and with good facilities ,
The one thing is that Hotel need to give more attention to Kids friendly meals in the buffet in both breakfast and dinner.

I had a wonderful stay in El Baron - staff is very friendly - warm welcome - thanks Mr. Samah Shaban (room division manager) /he is very professional & helpful - I really liked the staff in restaurant - they are very polite, helpful and clean - they always try to make sure you get enough food and try to explain its ingredients to the guest - there is something for everyone in the main restaurant - a great array of culinary options. Also I would like to thank animation team and Mahmoud in housekeeping (polite & helpful).
The hotel resembles a real palace - everything is shining - wonderful landscape. The infinity pool there is amazing and the open outdoor area beside the main restaurant is nice with the live music played by the guitarist and violinist.
The hygiene measures are highlight respected (there are sanitizers - wipes on every table) - silverware in plastic bags - the staff is keen on measuring the temperature of every guest before entering the restaurant (remotely by means of a digital device)
I would like to stay there again and again. I really recommend it.

Questions & answers about the rooms

Hi, In my opinion not. In 2018 I spent £500 extra to upgrade to club room per week. For this price you have access to club lounge with the same spirits like in main bar, sandwiches like afternoon tea with fish all day kept out from fridge! Couple more stuff in bathroom and flip flops. Only one bonus - access to free dinner in Japanese restaurant. But it was in 2018 via Thomas Cook. TUI offer now access to Japanese restaurant to all TUI's guests. On the beach for club room guest are cabanas, but nobody use them, because inside is to hot and stuffy. I will back to Baron in June, to sea view room.

men have to wear long trousers in the a la carte restaurants - these can be linen, chino jean type - no need for dress shoes (my husband wore sliders) - just no shorts in the a la carte. Dont miss out on the a la carte they are amazing.... The buffet restaurant seems to be 'anything goes'!

Yes I would highly recommend the Baron it's a beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean and brilliant staff. Plenty of choice for food and restaurants. We had a swim up suite and worth every penny, not cheap but worth it.
