Myself and two girlfriends stayed here for our first trip to Dubai. We originally planned Rome but changed our destination of course because of Covid. Not one bit upset that we missed Rome! Ritz-Carlton Dubai was everything we could want and more. From the welcome letters before we arrived to the cleanliness of the room to the amazing service and food. We had a room with a balcony and beach view that was beautiful. Plenty of room for three girls to stay in one room, not cramped at all. They had a special going on for the lounge access, and I would highly recommend. Breakfast, light lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and even small desserts/wine and cocktails all served. Well worth the money as we ended up eating here several times. Food was delicious, with a wide variety. Again the service in the lounge was impeccable. The food is no longer self serve/buffet style per Covid, but the staff did a great job of serving and making sure we had everything we need. In regards to Covid, the staff did a great job with reminding us to wear masks, without being rude. Last, we were able to get someone to come to our room to do PCR Covid test before our flight. Fast, affordable, easy and convenient.
If I get the chance to come back to Dubai, this is where we will stay!

We have stayed at the Ritz Carlton before and can say that the service has remained fantastic, the property is beautiful and very green, and it has the nicest beach along the JBR stretch. Also unlike other hotels along the JBR stretch the beach is not overcrowded. This time we made use of the club lounge which was fantastic - offering breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. Unlike club lounges at other hotels the food was not just sandwiches - there was a wide variety on offer which changed every day and the food was delicious and drinks plentiful. Highly recommend (and no need to book bed and breakfast or half board if going for a club level room). The staff in the club lounge were lovely and very attentive. Our cleaner Krishna was also excellent - and he left cute animals on the bed when he cleaned the room. We will be back!

I would like to commend the hotel’s staffs and manager in resolving our problem initially with the room. Mr. Ahmed made sure to transfer us in a new room which we’re comfortable with. Special mention also to Rime who came to our room to check on us. It was very nice of her.

And to Herbert, thumbs up for his superb service in attending to our needs.

Hoping to stay again in Ritz.

Hotel is very good. Staff was super friendly. The food was really delicious. We really liked La Baie’s food and service from Frank especially. The location is awesome. We had a great family room. I will definitely recommend it to families.

Hello! Me and my girlfriend checked in at the Ritz on 7th of february and still here but i couldn t wait for the review.I ve read some reviews here and on Booking that in my opinion are either wrongfully written of from people that came from Mars . First of all everybody is so kind! We ve booked the Ocean View Superior Deluxe or something : the room is very big,like very big! You have shower,bathtube,kingsize bed and so on.The view is just awesome! They cleaned our room so far every single day and even made us elephants on the bed and roses to be more romantic. Everyone is so nice.They ask you 3 times while you're eating if everything s okey or if you want something more.The breakfast is in the Caravan Restaurant. It s like a buffet and you go and ask them what you want and how much of it you want. It s very rich and you can choose like from whatever you'd wish to have for breakfast. The pools are heated (every.single.one.of.them). You have plenty of bars filled with alcohol (if you want it) ,very nice food,international and local food so i don t know what you'd want more. Frank,Beck from La Baie,Emmanuel from The Palm Grill,Bryant and the coffe guy from the Caravan Breakfast are wonderful people.Everybody s just wonderfull people.Some people said and complained that this hotel it's not KIDS FRIENDLY.Hey guys,they don t PRETEND TO BE KIDS FRIENDLY.There are other hotels that are or pretend to be.They have kids garden,kids rooms,kids activities,kids pool with superviser so what do you want more? if this isn t enough for you,well i m sorry .Some people said that the hotel needs renovation.Well guys i don t know maybe you have not been in the UK or to the US to see the style of hotels. This is a hotel with that specific flavour,not a BURJ KHALIFA or oriental hotel. There are specific pieces of furniture,of flavours,of everything.We needed a COVID-19 test and the hotel provides the facility to have a doctor at your own hotel room to come and test you for it and in 24h they will give you the result in english via email.As for the anti-covid measures : everybody wears masks and gloves,everythings is very very very well sanitized etc. Yes the prices are nod AVERAGE but come on,this is a 5 star hotel. You assumed that you'll pay 50 AED for a burger instead of 5 at McDonald's. The only CON i can tell you is that we have not booked this for 2 weeks instead of just 1. Thanks again I hope my review will help people that really appreciate a 5-star hotel in Dubai and not a PRETENDED 5-star hotel.
