We just stayed for 2 nights and a little Staycation at the Address Beach Resort, and I'd love to say that it was great — but unfortunately, it wasn't. From our previous stay at other Address's, we expected a much higher standard and well-trained staff. Instead, it felt like we stayed at a 3-star hotel.

Starting with the check-in. We're becoming residents in the UAE and our passports are currently with the government office for visa stamping. We had all provided documents, which we know would suffice, but the staff required several minutes of persuading, as well as involving a (very dismissive) manager to get this done.

Then, going into the room, we noticed that it had an adjacent door. Not only that, but the walls are apparently also made of paper. We could literally hear our neighbors talk and watch TV during the day. We immediately asked for a new room but were told that this was not possible because they were "fully booked".

Only after spending an additional few minutes discussing the matter, and waiting a solid 15 minutes for a call-back from the front desk, we were offered another room. The person on the other end said as somebody would come up immediately with the cards for the new room. This took 20 MINUTES.

Finally arriving into the new room, we immediately notice that the room ALSO HAS AN ADJACENT DOOR. Not only that but there was a gift on the bed for ANOTHER PERSON. At this point, we immediately called reception and told them about it. We skipped over the adjacent door as our neighbors were much quieter, but the gift would be picked up immediately. However, it never was and we took it down AN HOUR LATER ourselves...

Throughout our stay, the jetskis from the beach in front of the hotel were incredibly noisy. From 6 AM in the morning till late, you can hear the motors roaring. All. Day. Long. We were pretty tired of this and spent most of the time at the pool. The first night anyway.

The first day at the pool, everything was okay. The second day, however, we waited a solid 30 MINUTES (!) in front of the final elevator (one of 3 necessary to move from breakfast to the pool), which did not work. We were denied using the (emergency stairs) and nobody from the staff news anything. There were at least about 30 people waiting in a cramped area — some not even wearing their masks — waiting for the pool elevator to function (supposedly at 10 AM).

Eventually, we decided to stop wasting time and just use one of the other pools, for 1.5 hours, before we checked out.

In a final push to complete the complete disappointment that this stay was, we went back to our room after the pool and found OTHER PEOPLE'S LUGGAGE... again we immediately called reception and it took a solid 15-20 minutes for it to be picked up

I really do not understand how a renowned hotel chain such as The Address can have such untrained personnel. Throughout our entire stay, the only good service we received was by Lester at the breakfast buffet. He was a truly excellent host.

Everything else about this stay was an absolute and bitter disappointment. This particular Address hotel should be closed and the entire staff retrained. Absolute nightmare. At checkout, we were ready to provide an opinion about our stay, but the person managing our check-out didn't even bother to ask.

All in all, the staff at the Address Beach Resort is best described as "minimally trained" for "common scenarios". As soon as something goes wrong, they're like a deer in the headlight. Absolutely clueless.

We will NOT be back.

P.S.
To top it off, we also noticed that the minibar "sanitized" seal was broken (i.e. was never cleaned). We also found a long big black hair on the floor of the second room. Not very sanitary. Again, we will NOT be back

UNSAFE HOTEL, I WAS ROBBED THERE, JUST AVOID THIS PLCE FOR YOUR SAKE.

I stayed there 4 nights, i was robbed during my stay of several hundred dollars and credit card that were stolen from wallet hidden in a travel bag. Apparently hotel staff stole it since no one else came.
The worst is that i didn’t feel the crew was doing enough to let me feel safe, they didn’t show me cctv cameras although i wished for, all they said is after 72 hours is that they have no clue what happened.
At least i would expect from a 1000 dollar a night hotel is to put my stuff in the room and feel safe about it.
No prints were taken from the wallet although i suggested so.
All i say is that until they catch who did this, DONT GO THERE or you have a chance to be robbed.
And what is worst than this, i has to chase managers every time i go to lobby to know what is happening, they didn’t offer anything that let me feel satisfied which i at least supposed they would do in such 1000 dollar a night hotel, all they said last day is that next time i come to the hotel they can give me upgrade if there is possibility, well i dont want your upgrade and i dont want to come to your unsafe hotel again.

I have plenty other things to write about,
- They don’t offer dental kits and i had to ask for it 3 times
- The smart “dump” TV didn’t work in the room, i had to call them many times during my stay, they didnt fix it, they didnt offer a choice, just making me wait for 1 hour every time with useless thinking.
- Very Poor Breakfast, i had better breakfast options in 4 stars hotels, the same components every day nothing changed, and tasteless food, waffles were wet and it felt they are from the day before.
- First day i was told hot drinks in the breakfast buffet were in charge although i hd breakfast included, i asked again to make sure i understood right, i was charged 50 derhams for cappucino in the lobby bar( because obviously if its in charge in the restaurant i prefer to have it up and not in hot weather because restaurant didnt fit all people) , after 2 days i asked again in hmthe restaurant and apprarently its free of charge !!
- beach area doesn’t have staff, Just a scattered sunbeds.

Dear Mr. Osamanamih, First and foremost, kindly accept our sincere apologies for the lapse in service. We will take your feedback into account and ensure improvement across the points highlighted. With regards to the incident, our Duty manager as well as security met and shared the outcome. We also offered for you to involve the local authorities, which would have fulfiled your wishes to take prints off the wallet however this was declined from your end. As a long staying guest and as a gesture of goodwill, we did offer you an upgrade as well as extended courtesies during your next visit, however this was declined as well and you wished to share the incident on social media. With regards to the CCTV, it is the law of the land and without authorities involvement, no one is allowed to view the footage. We regret the unfortunate situation and empathize with you. Best wishes, Marianne Fitzgerald General Manager, Address Beach Resort

The hotel is nice, but what made me a bit confused is the fact that they do not allow residents staying in the resort to use the spa relaxation room after using the steam room or sauna. Have never experienced that in any other luxury hotel in the world. Strange and inappropriate.

Our stay was wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, immaculately clean and modern. The infinity pool is breathtaking.
We stayed in a sea facing room and the views were fantastic. The room was spotless every day and cleaned by Jamal to such a high standard.
It was our wedding anniversary and the hotel arranged petals on the bed and a cake which was beautiful.
The breakfast had so much choice and Thet and Prasad were brilliant every morning.
All staff were so welcoming and made our stay memorable.
Special mention to Azar who showed us to our room on the first morning and was very knowledgeable and assisted us through our holiday.
We will 100% be returning next year and can’t wait.
Thank you for a wonderful holiday from Mr and Mrs Morgan

I was alone in a deluxe marina view room with 1 king bed. for three people best to take with twin bed and three people is possible. With 1 king bed it is too narrow in a deluxe room. Best to ask the reception before booking.
