Location is great next to the old town but that is pretty much the only good thing about this hotel if you compare it to the price.
Stayed there for two nights and they didn't clean our room or even asked if we needed to.
Breakfast is way below average but it is served at the top of the hotel with nice view.
The hotel location is ok but the parking is a little of track.to go up to the 9th floor (where the reception located) is a pain as there is only 1 lift.the staffs are nice and friendly but that is all that is acceptable from this hotel.the a/c was not working properly hence the room was quite hot.bathroom was ok ,spacious but there was no proper place to hang our towels.the room has a balcony with nice view
Price for this “deluxe” hotel is not adaptted to whats on offer ! Room smells on urin , bloody quilts and drainpipes that spill water in toilet! Elevetor is for caffe guestr and reception and you have to wait in line to get to your room I’m verry disappointed and I will come back-NEVER!
The entrance to the hotel at street level looks rather grim, but don't be put off! Once you take the lift up to floor 9 (no other options), the hotel floors themselves are modern and welcoming. The reception staff were super friendly and helpful, and happy to give tips on where to explore.
The location is great, right on the edge of the old town in the city centre. The views from the rooms and the cafe are excellent and you can see the whole of Sarajevo.
Room was clean and bright, and the bathroom had a jacuzzi bath, which was lovely. It was surprisingly noisy at night given how high above street level it is, but that didn't bother us too much.
Parking is available at the City Park a few minutes walk from the hotel - there is an agreed rate for 24 hours with the hotel, but make sure you get a receipt from the station, as they were a bit difficult with the paperwork and payments.
The best possible location and stunning views from [non-alcoholic] bar/cafe and surrounding terrace.
Ask for room 202 or 204 both of which have stunning views.
And make the effort to get up early to enjoy the sunrise.
Enjoy the sunset from the Yellow Fort--and linger to see the minarets light up and hear the call to prayer.
Bosnia-Herzegovina is a country of superlatives-best sunset ever, Sarajevo, best cafe ever Linea M in Sarajevo und so weiter [see my other B-H reviews--Mostar/Poticelj/Blagaj and Sarajevo Funky Tours.
