Very nice hotel and well located
I stayed 3 times at this hotel since the begining of the year. Rooms are confortable, 2 bottles of water are provided each day as courtesy. If you prefer to stay at your room you can order many dishes of good food a very reasonable prices. The hotel is located away from the latest strikes and disturbed areas. if you are high you will have a beautiful view of Cordillera de los Andes. Having breakfast on the patio beside the pool was very nice and relaxing specially in some time. All people at the hotel reception are vey kind and helpful. The hotel has an inside and outside swimming pool. I would go back if I have the chance...

Beautiful Hotel
We stayed at the hotel for two nights before our cruise. Had a lovely room and bathroom. The bed was huge! Breakfast on the patio beside the pool was very good, but you do need a sweater or light jacket. Surprised that there was no Kleenex provided in the bathroom.

Nice Hotel, but disappointed
I've stayed at many Sheratons around the world and found that they are well appointed, have beautiful grounds and nice rooms. There's something to be said about expectations based on previous experience.

The reservation was made months previous and care was made about the room type - we wanted two separate beds. However, on arrival we found our pool side room had a king bed. They did the right thing and moved us to a double bed room, but it was on the main highway side. It wasn't until the evening that we learned how noisy that highway would be.

The front desk and all the service people with the exception of the bar area were extremely helpful. However, the three separate evenings when went to the bar, we found the service was poor, slow and indifferent. I looked around and saw other frustrated tables, so we wern't alone.

The room itself was nice, but the bath tub had low levels of dirty grout as did the floor.

Large hotel but very good
Lovely bedroom/bathroom. Restaurant excellent and compare to European/US prices, very good value. Lovely pool area with pool bar and snacks. Breakfast served outdoors in sheltered area, good choice available. City tour bus stops outside. Stayed 2 nights before going on tour.

Great hotel
Stayed two nights February 2020. Excellent concierge, speedy check-in, and very comfortable room overlooking the Andes. The pool was very good too, with very good drinks and food service. The hotel transfer to the airport was on time and very comfortable.
