Most popular question about the pool
Anyone know how late the adult (?) pool is open? We will be jet lagged and a late swim might be useful.

I'd suggest calling the hotel concierges, who are always helpful. though probably anyone at the hotel phone would know the hours.

To celebrate our belated graduation that was cancelled due to Covid, we went on a girls staycation and chose Four Seasons. Though we booked from Klook, we were very pleasantly surprised by the care and attention that the reservations agent Gladys provided - she was very attentive to our requests for a high floor and also made sure to include extras such as complimentary early check-in, a card to celebrate our graduation, along with a cake which we didn't expect. It was truly a kind gesture.

The Premier Queen room was marvelous. It's spacious, just nice for the three of us, and the high floor gave a really great view of the skyline! The bathroom is fantastic, and we love the beds too. Overall, a fantastic room, and more than comfortable for us.

Checking in with Shireen was a breeze. One of us had a really bad sore throat and she overheard us saying that we would get honey, and told us she would have someone send up honey lemon to the room, which was honestly very unexpected but very well appreciated.

The service throughout our stay was wonderful - from the warm welcome at the lobby by the bellmen, to the houskeeping ladies who helped to clean our rooms, and even at the restaurant - thank you Ms Wong for remembering our drink choices at breakfast. Chef Audrey was also very gracious. We'd like to also give a shoutout to Karen at the rooftop swimming pool for taking our pictures and also recommending us to head to the sauna, which was a much loved highlight of our last day.

Thank you also to the Front Desk for the later checkout, we are on the whole, very appreciative of the highly personalized and luxurious treatment that Four Seasons has provided to its guests, and we would definitely be back!

We booked on for 3 nights and liked it so much we stayed for 4. The hotel is running well despite all the covid restrictions. The room was very comfortable and well appointed. The roof top pool was a great spot. Staff from the entrance to front desk to housekeeping to restaurant were all polite, efficient and attentive. We can't fault this place!

Great guest rooms. Excellent service from hotel staff. For food, Breakfast at one-ninety restaurant was average however, dinner at Jiang-nan Chun restaurant was good. Swimming pool is typically not for young kids (age 1-5). It’s more for older kids however, still had a good experience. Didn’t have a chance to use the hotel spa services as I was not able to get a slot during the stay, a bit disappointed. In general, Good experience staycation with family and will definitely be back.

Before the Arrival, the hotel do require all the guests particulars for easier check in. We have 3 rooms in total and all rooms were ready when we arrive in the afternoon towards the check in time at 3pm. We were also placed all on the same floor and despite being on the 10th floor, the view towards the city is a beau.

During the stay, everything was good. There was no flaws in terms of service and room condition overall. Everything is in working order and housekeeping did a tremendous good job overall in cleaning the room during make up. My niece and nephew were also given kids amenities in the room such as bathrobes, toothbrush, slippers, toothpaste and even the bath gel.

Facilities wise, both pool areas are good. Well maintained swimming pools and the staffs attended offered towels and cold bottled water. The rooftop pool for kids also have some kids amenities to use like the floats and of course the view above is a beau at sunset.

Checkout was smooth and was lucky and nice enough for us to enjoy a little more time in the room as we were given a later checkout.

All the staffs from the reception to the concierge as well as housekeeping were all friendly. Even our food deliveries were send up without having the drivers to call us. A shoutout to one staff named Azmi for the smooth check in with the small tokens for my niece and nephew, checking on our stay when we approach the next day and the handwritten note for the late checkout.

Will definitely come back when we have the chance once again.

Had a perfecr 3D2N stay with my 2 daughters, in addition to a connecting room for my sis and BIL.

Reservation was a breeze, checking-in was smooth and FSS has bring up the service standard to the next level for sure. Staff continues to give their biggest smiles when crowd were around at the receptions, breakfast restaurant (one-Ninety), pool, etc. They attended to guests promptly and enquiries were solved immediately.

Rooms are generally big compared to standard hotels locally and we love the spaciousness in the room. We had a rollaway bed and still have the wonderful space around the room. We entered into a room with a faulty kettle but they replaced it upon verification at a minimal time period. They delivered complimentary fruits, cakes on daily basis and it was a wonderful after-booking service standard. Really make our day with such surprises treat.

The room TV was attached with apple mirroring which work well if you are bored with the cable TV programmes
Maybe FSS can look into screen mirroring for android or chromecast as well so that it will bring a breeze to all types of room guests. Otherwise, android users will need to use HDMI cables to do so.

The spa ambience was soothing, i enjoyed the massage and my kids enjoyed the pools. 2 pools location but with equal good service by staff. Sunscreen were given which i didn't expect at all.

Breakfast was hefty. Due to the pandamic, only 1 main dish was served, in addition to the continental semi breakfast such as juices, bread, muffins, etc. Variety of choices and definitely worth the portion for sure.

Given an option for another staycation, we don't mind coming back for sure, no 2nd thoughts.

Thank you FSS for making our staycations a great one indeed.

Hi, what is the size of the swimming pool? Is it good for lap swimming? Thank you!
Answer from Wendy L

It's excellent for laps. Was pretty empty when we were there - save one lapping swimmer - but beautiful. And well kept.
