From photos in one of travel sites will definitely think this hotel concept is classy and antique, but It is Not. I admit, the service it Great, the employees were friendly and responsive, welcome drink we can choose tea or coffee then complete with self-making toast and delicious breakfast (although the menu just like a budget hotel, less variation), the location was near to the JEC.
But the room was quite dirty, like an old hotel with little improvement in decoration. The room key is still manual, the wall is dirty white, the furniture was peeling wood and I saw there was a used coffee cup in front of room and not cleaned from the evening until morning. Toilet amenities only provide soap and towels. The bathroom has no curtain to separate between shower and toilet. Quite disappointed because the price is not cheap (price may be because we booked during high season).

Very nice people inside with nice environment,
They follow-up closely with guest who booked online. Big room (compared to price) and located at the entrance of Jogjakarta Expo Centre.
spoke to Heru Setiawan from Marketing & Sales, He will explain anything you need. He also fluency in local English and Indonesia dialect. But nice, still can answer gentlly on what we ask..

So the good part... The rooms are nice size with bathrooms. Everything in the hotel is new as far as the rooms. The room had a large screen TV on the wall and twin beds. The view was a old dumping grounds. The staff are very very nice. They do not speak English well but they try. Also as fat as info on buses and travel they can't help much. The free breakfast was very good about 4 hot items juice and coffee or tea.
You are about a $3.00 cab ride to the center of town and they also have the bus stop outside the front door.
The halls are a little dirty and the halls are all without carpet so you can hear everyone walking around.
The AC water drains onto the bathroom floor so it's always wet.
This is an ok place for the area.
