I went to Istanbul the first two weeks of November. On my last night we stayed at the Boss Hotel because of the location to the Grand Bazaar. The rooms were very clean, they provided soap, shampoo and conditioner. The rooms had tea, coffee and water. They also provided a mini fridge for additional purchases which I had not had at the previous hotels. They provide a lock box for your valuables. The hotel staff was top notch! They take you and your luggage to the room, explain your amenities and wish you well for you stay. For breakfast the gentleman was wearing a mask and gloves as he served your buffet of food for you. Everything felt like a 5 star hotel service although the cost for the room was very low!
In the end I did not have the time to buy post stamps and mail my post cards. The gentleman at the front desk offered to purchase and mail it for me 😍 thank you sir!
A strategically-located hotel with 27 rooms. Pros:
1. Location - walkable to Sultanahmet’s major attractions & tram stop. Few yards away from the Grand Bazaar.
2. Room - med-sized, clean with elegant modern style. Beddings pass my standards.😀 Aircon worked well. Stayed @ room 203.
3. Buffet breakfast provided @ at the top floor of the hotel, with varied choices.
4. Staff - they were the star of our several days stay in this hotel, namely *Mr. Adnan (front desk), very accomodating, courteous & personable. 👏👏👏So thoughtful too to gave us hotel’s coasters too as souvenir.
*Murat - helpful & sociable + did lots of creativeness on the breakfast buffet.
P.S. Upon arrival we were welcomed with yummy turkish delights & drinks.
No cons really.
Teşekkür ederim, Boss Hotel for the wonderful stay!
Highly recommended. 👍👍👍
(Pre-COVID days.)
We saw this hotel on trip advisor and booked it as it had a high rating and seemed to be a new hotel with a good location. We booked the hotel for 5 days and to be honest this is the best hotel I have every stayed at in Istanbul. The room was spotless and the service is amazing. The receptionist, Adnan, is very professional and respectful. He also handed us a box of Turkish sweets at the time of checkout as a gift from the hotel. The breakfast buffet was delicious and Murad, the man handling the buffet service made every morning delightful as he has an amazing attitude and his smile never left his face. He even personally went over to every lady on women's day and handed her a red rose.
The hotel's location is excellent as its between Eminonu and Sultanahmet square so you're a 10 min walk away from each.
It's also located in front of a boys high school that has a beautiful architecture and nature surrounding it.
I highly recommend it, thank you for making our honeymoon delightful ❤

First time in Turkey. Stayed 4 nights. Had a comfortable and very pleasant stay. Hotel is super clean and all staff are super friendly, helpful and courteous. Adnan Kanat at reception in particular ensured our every need was met and gave us great advice about buying and getting to places. Was particularly impressed with cleanliness and facilities in the room. Hotel is walking distance to all major attractions in Istanbul. Would highly recommend to all!
