Its owned by new owner name forget his name he is young guy making his place beautiful room view are really good. Recommended to everyone who want stay in Istanbul.
I stayed at this hostel for 2 nights and loved my stay. The room was very clean and quiet. The bathroom was spotless and very hot water from the shower. Thanks Ülfet, Nihal and Oğuzhan for the great chats and hospitality.
Location of the hotel is perfect , walking distance to all touristic places , room was comfortable ; not so big but functional. No reason to give more money to others
We will absolutely stay Hotel Honey again.
One of the best hotels I have ever been to. Very friendly welcome when I arrived late at night. Suitcases were carried to first floor and I got a great room with air condition. The matrace was quite new, it was clean, fast WiFi and the view from balcony was superb. The bathroom is small but in good condition. I would not recommend to take breakfast there because a lot of delicious cafes are nearby. The stuff is very helpful, I even was shown a bus station I couldnt find by myself. You feel like part of a family and it is easy to get to know other tourists because it is not anonymous. The location is great because it is very close to Hagia Sophia and many origins live there as well so you get to know ordinary life in the streets. As the airport shuttle forgot to pick me up I was in danger of missing the flight. The owner was so kind that he drove me to the airport for a very cheap price. Thank you so much, Islam!
The word hotel may not be appropriate. It is more a B&S: a bed and shower only. You get a small but reasonably clean room. Cleaning is done once per week. If you want more than one set of towels you just have to grab them from the closet on the first floor. Garbage and dirty towels are only removed, if you put them in outside the room yourselves. The rooms have a small fridge, a turkish channels only tv, free wifi, an airco and a closet. Some of the rooms are really small. The beds are good enough. There are no rooms with 3 beds, but they can put a low quality spare bed in the room. The bathrooms are small and unfortunately have a mouldy smell. Warm water is available during most of the day. The staff at the tiny reception is friendly, but don't expect anything from them. There is no place for breakfast, but there are plenty of places within 100 meters. For me it was good enough.
