Currently our favourite hotel in Pattaya, this time we decided to stay in the 2 bedroom pool suite on the waterfront with with another family. Weather was great, lovely food, great service, will return.
+ Check-in: Check-in was quite fast and efficient. Overall advance requests have been fully arranged without error. Check-in staff was knowledgeable and able to clearly explain the resort facility. However, full of information. Will be god if we can have online version that summarize all the deals (starter kit upon arrival).
+ Food; overall Ford is perfect. The taste was good. Recommended to dine in the hotel. Breakfast was good with varieties of food. I am very happy to have ice coffee served during the breakfast. Do you wanna comment on the omelette Serving size. It was extremely big for one person. Will be good if we can have the smaller size.
+ Guest room; The room was normal. Don’t expect too much. In route amenities also not that a lot. Light system also quite outdate. But at least there bed was very good
+ Staff ; high service mind. Staffs were all nice. I will having the issue on the payment that related to the government subsidy program. Staff was very calm to explain everything to me and finally they manage to get the best deal for me. Love it!
All in all my life staying at this hotel even though it’s just a short period of time. Hotel facility that I used was only the pool. And that was great!
Located on a hill overlooking the ocean, it's easy to forget that you're in Pattaya. The resort has a very natural feel with lots of trees and plants and is very peaceful. What made our trip stand out though was the excellence of the service. Khun Meow and her team at the Club Lounge provided some of the warmest and most attentive service we've ever received in Thailand. Nothing was too much trouble for them and everything they did was carried out with grace and warm smiles. The same was true of the team at breakfast, at the pool and at the restaurant, Infiniti. There are plenty of lovely resorts in Thailand, but it's not often that you receive truly 5-star service - the IC Pattaya provides that. Thanks again to all the staff there for making our visits special.
The hotel located on the mountain and may seems a bit far from the city of Pattaya but it's only 15 mins drive. The bad thing about the location is there was a lot of stray dogs on the mountain (like 10 or more) so they're gonna be a problem if you are on a bike or on your feet. I stayed in the Classic room which was really nice. During my stay there was some problems with water pressure and temperature in the bathroom. The breakfast at the hotel was really good but not 10/10 in terms of selection (more like 8/10) but for the taste, it was 10/10 to me. The services were great in every aspects. Pools were amazing.
We stayed here numerous times over the years, even before when it was run by Sheraton. This time we got a pretty decent price for the 2 bedroom beachfront villa which we always wanted to try so we decided to go for it. Do check the price by calling them because apparently the price can vary significantly based on when you want to travel. The drive to Pattaya on a weekday was fast, taking us about an hour and 20 minutes on the motorway without breaking the speed limits. Check in was smooth and there is ample parking. Because the villa is located right on the beach it is quite a way down the hill so the hotel buggy is the best choice, alternately walking up and down can be quite good exercise. Please note that access to the villa requires you to walk down some steep steps equivalent to 2-3 floors. The villa is relatively well maintained, with a massive living room flanked by 2 large bedrooms and a private pool in the middle (exactly like the hotel photos). We were a party of 5 adults and 1 child, so an adult and child slept on the makeshift bed in the living room area. The view is fantastic and ambience extremely serene - makes you think you were in Samui or Phuket without actually having to travel there. There were the usual preventive measures during this covid era which was perfectly fine as the hotel was far from crowded. I would suspect this wouldn’t be the case during weekends or especially long weekends. Service was great as usual but the only comment I have is the quality of breakfast was not as high as it used to be. It was ok, but before it used to be excellent.
