Location is serene and easy to locate. Room and toilet need a lot of cleaning. The toilet room floor and wall tiles are faded. Under the toilet seat, the tile is stained by water residue underneath, probably from leaking water hose or pipe.
Windows are not double glazed, continuous noise from adjoining property. Couldn't connect to the internet.

I recently was in Abuja on business and stayed at the Grand Towers for about 10 days. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The bed itself was far better than I expected. The food/bar quality was good and the staff was excellent.

I had 3 nights stay at Grand Towers Hotel during my official trip to Abuja last month. I paid for a room and was given an upgrade. The ever smiling receptionist was so hospitable. They are friendly and always ready to assist. I was given a VIP treatment.

The meal was very sumptuous and i would have wished transferring GT Hotel kitchen to my house. An exposure i had during dinner times in the Grand view restaurant remains an unforgettable experience as the skyline view of Abuja city was highly revealed. What a wonderful view to behold!

Excellent services that would make one plan a second honey moon visit. Explore and share this experience if you happen to visit Abuja. I really felt at home!

was in GT recently and had a terrible expereince.the services are very poor,no security conscious.the receptionist are not friendly at all.i dont think theyre trained.all theyre after is tip to their pocket.not willing to give a refund.am disppointed with their services.the system of changing staffs are terrible.room service takes an hour to be served.the worest is that the hotel is at the outsket of abuja and very expensive

So I booked this hotel for a one night stay during my visit to Abuja for the NOG exhibition. It was a further away than expected but I cannot mark down for that as was my fault for not checking properly. I arrived to find a very nice, clean looking hotel and was quite pleased with my choice. However this was as good as it gets.

In short, the lock to open my room would only work with a card from a staff member, there were some flies in the hotel restaurant I had to swat away while eating, there was only one item from the dessert menu available, the wifi kept dropping connection, the waiter seemed to think that taking for ever to bring anything was good service, the complimentary water in my room had already been used and had toothpaste on the lid and the real biggy, there were ANTS CRAWING ALL OVER THE DESK IN MY ROOM AS WELL AS A COUPLE OF ANTS IN MY BED!!

I mentioned all of this at checkout and the solution was to offer me one bottle of water and tell me they will spray the room with chemicals to kill the ants before my next visit. As if I will ever go back!!
