We were here for 5 days / 4 nights and the time was without any problems. Hotel was silent, sleeping was quite fine, just there was no air conditioning. But we didn´t have any problems with noise. Hotel is situaded in quiet part of Arenal. I have to pick up a lot of nice staff - everyone was really nice and helpful. Every day the rooms were tidy and the towels changed. Breakfest was simple and the same, but it corresponds to the price. I have nothing to criticize, if you like low-cost traveling, this hotel is for you. Not for people how like stay at room or by swimming pool all day (pool is small) . But we were every all day by the beach, so for us, hotel was just for sleeping and tasty draft beer on terrace bar, when we came from beach :-) Beach is beautiful , you don´t need more :-)
(But, do not buy trip to Magaluf! We were here for party night and was so bad - so much really young drunk people and vomit everywhere) El Arenal is ideal pleace, if you like party summer, clean nice beach, shopping, pubs, but i think, that this place it isn´t for children and people who want relaxing vacation without people ). Thanks for nice time in hotel Arcadia, i ´ll recomended :)

The hotel is 5 minutes from the beach and Eroski supermarket, two pharmacies and many restaurants nearby is at a good price due to its excellent location from the airport and downtown city (25-35 min). The hotel does not have wifi and air conditioning but the rooms are clean and relatively new, the staff is friendly and helpful, thanks to which this hotel is a good choice if you are looking for affordable accommodation a short walk from the center and the beach. The hotel offers breakfast that is simple, but in the Eroski shop you can buy what you need and bring in the dining room, it also has a small swimming pool, the streets are quiet. Rooms of different sizes, on the 4th floor are newer and bigger, on the 2nd floor are smaller or medium and smoking, the furniture is older rather drained, yet the hotel tried to clean and clean every day. We felt comfortable in the hotel and we loved it. We recommend visiting it in September / October out of season, when is there less German tourists whitch are going to be very noisy and uncomfortable..

Terrible Area. From the first night night till last one I couldn't sleep at all. Germans turned El Arenal streets into party.I regret that I didn't read any reviews before holiday. Room without AC so I couldn't close the window. Swimming Pool 2x2 m but anyway taken by young drunk Germans. Hotel itself wasn't that bad. Average service for low price. On the positive decent breakfast. Because of area I wouldn't recommend this place.

I booked this place for the price offered and had very low expectations. However when I have arrived in my room I found a medium size room with 2 beds a wardrobe a small desk , well some basic furniture but looking good. The room came with its own bathroom and I like that there was a balcony with a table and 2 chairs. Honestly the room was clean, no dirty linen or anything, the furniture was in a good condition. There was housekeeping daily which is good on wooden floors that they clean the sand from it.
Regarding noise it is indeed a bit noisy due to typical thin walls but not unbearable. The hotel is interesting designed for younger people, it has an elevator, and the loby has a bar and restaurant on the terrace. In the lobby you can find various vending machines , tabacs, food,There also is a pool table, massage chair , computers and a claw machine. So yes it is more suited for young people without children.

The price included breakfast which was simple yet consistent and you had everyday the same thing .

Staff was nice in general .

The only thing I wished for is the internet to work. No wifi connection actually worked and I was on the 3rd floor only.

But all in all for a 1 star hotel and for the price I think it does not get better than this. And also is 2 minutes walk from the beach :)
