I feel for the other residents they are paying rent and their houses are decreasing in the valve. This is one place to avoid.

Nice shady sites. Convenient to drive through. Great location being so close to town.Kids had heaps of fun at the jumping pillow and rec room. Bathrooms could do with a better clean. Bit of a rush job or even wondering if they were cleaned daily.

Well positioned in the middle of Albany this park is one of the best laid out parks we have ever visited – all sites are angled drive through with lots of space between sites and good well maintained concrete pads surrounded by manicured lawns. The ablutions are spotlessly clean and many sites also have ensuites. The laundry is well equipped. The park facilities cater for every age with plenty to do i.e. swimming pool, jumping pillow, table tennis, pool table and games room, CD’s and movies plus plus. There are also chalets on site. It is a 4-5km walk to the water front via the city centre. We usually stay out of the town but having discovered this place we will definitely base ourselves here again. The staff were superb and everyone was so keen to be of assistance and to make sure guests got the best service and experience.

Great park. Lovely and clean facilities.
We had an ensuite which was very handy.
But the toilet block also looked very clean
There was a recreation room with snooker and ping pong for those chilly evenings.
The camp kitchen was awesome. Two huge very clean bbq’s And even a pizza oven.
Well worth a visit. We’ll be back soon .
