4 night stay with family in apartments 3 & 4. Spacious apartments with decent sized balcony but requires urgent attention to furnishings and maintenance to plumbing, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Lounge chairs threadbare. Vertical blinds dirty. Ceiling fans in both apartment main bedrooms pulling away from ceiling. Could not turn on as they wobbled very dangerously over the bed. Air conditioning in one apartment not working properly in main bedroom. Toilet in one apartment flushing on its own in early hours of morning and continuing every hour without a door to close very noisy. Other apartment water refilling in toilet every 10mins. Door able to close muffling the sound. Large sections of grout in main bathroom around spa bath missing. Shame on Rydges. Maybe management need to spend the weekend there to see issues.
