We had reservations in hotel Caciulata because this one is the only one that has a live band at the restaurant during the weekend (each hotel has his own restaurant). The food is ok, the prices are good.
The entrance to the pools is extra (20lei/5euros per person per day) and you can go out and in many times and also can use all the pools (outside and inside).
The rooms are kind of old. The building was build during the communism period and it has a certain smell of “old” inside the rooms.
As you can see, here are a lot of people over 40...not realy a place for a family with small kids.

The Wi-fi was very good , the thermal pools it is excellent for my back pain , if you want to improve your health come to that pool.
The cleanliness was exemplary .
They have just problem with breakfast because don"t serve Swedish breakfast , they served just portion at breakfast .

the hotel was cute, clean, with wifi free acces, gift in the room, the bath was everyday cleaned.. in every night we were a different theme night..The food was delicious.. i love it .. the waiters were friendly and very professionals❤The hotel has springs pool.. the principal atraction of the resort near the mountain and the monastery

Rude waiters and really bad food service in the restaurant.Large"a la carte"menu but nothing available.Clean rooms,towells were frequently changed.The waterpark is really nice.The water is warm enough especially in the pool outside.

We came on sunday and stay till friday evening.all the staff there is very kindly and pay attention to everything.you can make up to 4 procedure of treatment on each day.the instructors and qualified staff are there are very very prepaired.special thanks to all of you,especially to:galvanic baths,lumbar interferential currents,cervical ultrasound and not to forget about the trainer from hydrokineotherapy pool B who knows very very good how to do his job.also,i want to say special thanks and really appreciate their job to all the waiters who did best efforts to have all the tourists happy and thankful.well done,boys and girls.keep it up!be advised that the meal served can take up to 1 1/2 hour depends how corowded it is,but please,be patient and kindly with the waitresses.everybody will leave with
full stomach.at the reception you are welcomed with joy and everything you'll like to know you can find out very quickly.
