We were there 3 nights. The hotel was quite ok. It was clean. The swimmingpool was good, kids liked it. Room was not so comfortable, just plain things.

We booked a family room with a sea wiew: We saw the sea from our balcony, but there were old and ugly building in front of it, so the wiew was not so beautiful.
Toilet didn’t work all the time, we had problems with it. Air condition was good.
Staff was friendly.
We didn’t like Riccione so we are not coming back...

We were there as a family of three, with a little child. There was no parking available - instead there is a public parking across the big, noisy street. The area seems a little dangerous at night, as there are only prostitutes on the street - no cafe or restaurant or anything else, except for two nice looking restaurants across the street, at the beach.
The night entrance is dark and without lights outside, so we were afraid to come back after 10 pm.
The apartment itself seemed clean, and we got many extra towels.
The receptionist wasnt really helpful.
The beach looks nice, if you dont get into the water.
In at the waterfront there were more than 10 dead crabs at one time - which is not nice to see or to explain to a little child - and it probably means, that the water is polluted.
However my wife had some insect bites and after swimming in this dirt it was really strongly inflammed and her back was all red and itching. In the five days there, she was bitten three times by jellyfish.
But the life guards were extremely friendly, and well prepared, with medicine which helped.
The good thing at the beach is the childrens playground with many toyhouses, and many little children playing there, our child enjoyed it.
For swimming we took our car and drove to another beach 35 minutes away. The many abandoned hotel buildings along the beach which we could see, spoiled our mood.
Dead crabs, abandoned hotel buildings were not enough: our last day the wind was strong so the waterline at the beach was full of brown foam!
The street has such heavy traffic, that you have to take care not to be run over. The balcony was spacious but you see directly to the wall of another hotel.
If you book sea sight expect partial sea sight with broke down hotels. The walls between the room felt like 1/2 inch of paper. You literally hear almost every conversation.
To sum it up, clean hotel, but dirty water, prostitutes at night: There is way much space for improvement. We never ever want to come back again.

Unless you like noise and party atmosphere. I booked 4 nights here - a sea view suite. Make note - I was not told anywhere that parking must be reserved separately.

When we arrived - and after much hassle with unloading and parking way down the street - we were put in a noisy room just off the entry. I felt like I had entered a college dormitory - music, kids, people all over the hallway (this was a monday). When I asked to be switched to another room, pointing out I had paid for something else, I was told that's all there was. I requested being placed at another property. But nothing was open in the 30 properties they own. (?)

After a few hours I came to the hard realization that this place wouldn't work for us. It was too noisy and void of service. I would loose a hefty deposit but keep my sanity. It was worth paying to get out.

So another huge hassle of bag dragging and loading up the car ensued. Then AFTER this, I was told there was another apartment available on the property!!!

One last note - we noticed a sign on the stove saying that if you wanted to use the kitchen it would cost another 12 euros a day. Seemed so cheesy to be nickled and dimed like this. None of this is up front on travel sites.

Obviously we left. It's horrible. We found something wonderful in Cesentico. And although a bit poorer, sanity is in tact.

This hotel was very good value. Spacious, well appointed room, big enough for 2 couples ( double bed plus sofa bed) We stayed near the end of the summer season so some of the restaurants nearby had closed for the season. Our very helpful receptionist who spoke good English and was able to recommend alternative eating places.

We were very lucky to get a beach view room. The room was quite spacious enough for the 4 of us. The kids slept in the lounge with a separate room for the adults. The great balcony really made the room. Free wifi was a bit patchy, could really only get it in the bedroom. Parking is available for a fee but really only for small cars, and must be booked or you'll miss out. There is a metered car park across the road. Was really convenient for us as the beach was right across the road and we had a car so all shops and restaurants were within easy reach, if you're not driving you might want something closer to the shopping area as it's a long walk. Loved the pool and the massage place on site.
