The hotel is in great location, minutes walk from old town of Lazise, Our family suite was excellent, 2 big double bed rooms with 2 toilets, a full equipped kitchenette, a big living room, and terrace with amazing view of the pool, the gardens and the lake. Breakfast was great with lot of tasty choices.
The pool was nice, but too small.
We had great time, and be happy to come again.

What a find! Stayed at this hotel in a HUGE room with balcony overlooking the pool, gardens and the lake. Worth every penny for the spectacular view and location. Literally round the corner to the castle walls with all the shops and restaurants inside. No traffic and a pretty little harbour offering ferries to Bardolino, sirmione etc. Couldn't be more convenient.
Room a tiny bit dated, but made up for because staff friendly and helpful and plenty of space. Pool small but pretty. Gets a bit crowded and cloudy towards the end of the day but didn't have any problem getting a lounger.
Really enjoyed our stay even in the heatwave!

Just returned from an eleven night stay at the Palazzo Della Scala. The hotel is in a very convenient location only a few minutes walk to the town. Unfortunately we have some criticisms. Although the staff were friendly and efficient they were not as smartly dressed as we would have expected. The breakfast selection was adequate but the food was not protected from flies. The bedroom was not thoroughly cleaned each day and the reception furniture was not particularly clean. The cleanlliness and general maintenance around the pool area was not good. So sorry to air these views but perhaps the management could use them to make a positive improvement.

A very Nice family hotel on lake Gara, located not far from Gardaland. We got a 2 bedroom apartment that had leaving room and good equipped small kitchen and dinner table. The rooms were clean and the breakfast had good variety of food. Overall it is a very good hotel.
