Stayed here in July 2016, with EF tours Girl Scout group. Clean, spacious rooms, however the need a serious update. Beds were hard and small, no TV reception on very small, outdated set, room was hot, curtains torn. The pool looked nice but we did not get to use it, closed at 7 pm. The dinner and breakfast provided were good and typical of our tour. Wifi only worked in lobby. At least an hour drive outside Rome.
I don't know if Rome standards are up to American standards, but I wouldn't give this more than 3 stars. The room was clean but the beds were so uncomfortable. They kind of folded around you. The comforters were old, they need to be updated. The lobby was pretty. The bathroom was clean. The water pressure was really weak. The walls were thin you can hear everything.
we stayed here with a group for 1 night. the rooms were large and clean, but it is a basic hotel. our hair dryer in the bathroom was broken and not working. the food was pretty good. the kids liked it because the wifi was working pretty well. i would recommend this hotel
Travelled with tour group. Love the big room and bathroom, both very clean with ample lighting. Lots of space for 4 people, with enough electrical outlets. Big windows with nice view.
Breakfast was basic, cold continental buffet. Dinner was traditional Italian (pasta, potatoes, meatballs etc.) delicious dinner with large portions! Service was quick, food was well prepared and everybody left feeling well-fed!
We stayed 2 days at this hotel and it was hot. The hotel is set up so that the only way to get power to your room is to leave your ONE room card in a slot of the way. You get a fridge but don't count on it ever cooling anything. The AC does exist but barely. The beds are nice and the facilities are good. You don't have very many outlets. I had read the reviews and had an extension cord but that just made 1 outlet become 2.
We stayed in the middle of a heat wave and having the power being out while you're not there made it very hard to cool a room down. You were happy if the room cooled enough that you could lay still without covers- or clothes and sleep.
The food at the attached restaurant was good. I enjoyed their house wine! It was strange walking down a dark hallway were the lights came on and off kinda as you moved along. I had read the reviews and expected it.
You did get charged for WiFI but it was $3 Euros for 72 hours which was longer than we were staying. I do limited things on wifi so my demand wasn't large. I was content with the service.
We didn't walk around our hotel, so I'm not sure if there was a grocery store hiding close by. We had stopped on the way in and purchased snacks and stuff.
