Comfortable, great location in old town near opera house and port. Easy walk to restaurants, public transport, and museums. 10 minute taxi to train station. Large bath room with tub, nice breakfast, and great advice from owner about local attractions. Good security in the building and elevator. Air conditioning or large screened door to outside. The owner catered to breakfast preferences(mine was local bakery sweets).

Patrizia owns and personally operates a special BandB providing guests with very personal attention and kindness. She prepares many breakfast sweets and is a wonderful pastry chef. The room is spacious, very clean and the apartment is secure. The bathroom is down a short hallway and is spacious and beautiful, with a comfortable, large bathtub. High ceilings, large window, and A/C . The building is old, well maintained, and has a good elevator. Location is perfect for visitors who want to just roam by foot or use public transportation which works well in Naples. Patrizia also gives good advice about sightseeing and transportation from the airport or train station.

We stayed with Patrizia during the Easter weekend. Good location, stylish apartment, quiet and spacious room, nice breakfast with home baked products, excellent advise on restaurants and nice tips for concerts etc. Moreover and most importantly Patrizia was a very nice and helpful landlady.

We spent 3 nights with Patrizia and Francesca in their gorgeous home during our recent trip to Naples. They welcomed us like members of their family and ensured that we had every comfort that we needed. Our room and bathroom were stunning in their decoration and the breakfast each morning was a food lovers fantasy come true. Patrizia and Francesca assisted us with organising our day trips and in particular‚Äč our taxi for our very early return journey to the airport. Despite Patrizia's limited use of English and my newly acquired knowledge of basic Italian we managed to converse with each other and also through the use of Google translate. Francesca has an excellent command of English and was very helpful in her recommendations for places to visit and eat in. I cannot speak highly enough of them and their amazing home. Naples is a wonderful city to visit and the position of the B&B is in an excellent location to reach buses, shops and restaurants.
We look forward to returning to Naples in the near future and hopefully will be fortunate enough to stay again with Patrizia and Francesca. We wish them every best wish for the future.

My husband and I spent five wonderful days in Napoli this June at the B&B Al Maschio Angioino. The palazzo and the suite we stayed in were beautifully decorated and very comfortable, pleasant, and relaxing. The location could also not have been better. However, best of all was our most gracious host, Patrizia. Meeting her and conversing with her was truly lovely and delightful. Every morning we would discuss our itinerary and she would very generously offer suggestions for unique music concerts and restaurants that we would never have found on our own. The breakfasts she prepared were also phenomenal, with the homemade specialty cakes of the region and jams made from her brother's lemons in Sorrento and the clementines from her friend's garden in Napoli. A most, most memorable stay. Not to be missed!!
