I have to agree with most other reviews, this place is awful!! Thankfully I was on my own and only for 3 nights but this accommodation is basic in the extreme, I could have cried! Definitely not as advertised, cracked walls, no WiFi, broken and mismatched furniture, cutlery and crockery, half the lightbulbs missing, the bedroom was like a cupboard with no window. Broken lift. Pool area basic and deserted, no staff, bar or games room. Would definitely not return

booked this room through booking.com and paid everything upfront. Two days before we were scheduled to stay we got countless phone calls asking us for a 100 deposit on the room. It would have been nice to have been given a little heads up as this came out of our holiday spending money and therefor had to budget a few days whilst on holiday. We also got several phone calls during the holiday, pestering us for a 35 Euro cleaning fee and to walk all the way to the office to give our passports to the owner (weird). We had already paid the cleaning fee through booking.com but the owner tried to tell us that they hadnt taken the payment and that it had been refunded to us (also weird, why would anyone refund something that is mandatory and already paid for) that was a lie because it was literally in our bank statement and written in black and white on the booking sheet. In the end we chose to ignore the rest of the pestering phone calls and just try and enjoy the rest of our holiday. The room was basic. It was like an oven inside though as there was no air con. Was actually cooler outside in the sun. Was a shame the bar had been shut down downstairs. The pool area was nice, but that’s about it.

If I could give zero stars I would, these apartments are absolutely disgusting. The reception is NOT 24 hours, there were holes in the walls, plugs taped to the wall and the shower fell off the wall! My room smelled fousty and dirty and was a health hazard due to the mould which aggravated my a asthma. The apartments are run down and unkempt, infested with insects and rubbish from other inmates. I am disgusted that they think this is acceptable, I wouldn't even put a dog in there.

I would rather be in Armley jail than this place . Door for our room didn’t close properly, the toilet wasn’t even bolted to the floor I could of taken it to tikki beach with us. The shower was like a watering can And leaked all over bathroom Not one good thing to say about this place.

I have had many a cheapy weekend in benidorm and up to now the rooms although never been like the Ritz I have always felt clean and safe up until last weekends debacle.we were two couples and after collecting our keys went to our rooms to unpack.the smell was unbearable nor was their any glass in the door window.their was no way we were staying here?our friends met us at the top of the stairs with similar complaints and having took a look it was like an uncleaned toilet, absolutely disgusting.we went back to the estate agents ext door and they offered us an upgrade,we certainly couldn't downgrade.we got in the lift to check the rooms and it was boarded on the inside with chipboard and unbelievably held together with door bolts, needless to say it was the stairs from then on.the upgraded room was cleaner but every socket was smashed in,the light fittings were broken with bear wires on show I have never ever been in such a delapidated slum in my life, the only positive I could think of is even the rats had moved out.if you have booked this place go somewhere else or find a cardboard box to sleep in.do not take kids as it is totally unsafe.i really cannot think of words to describe this filthy stinking dwelling.be aware.
