Although a 2 star i would rate it a 3 star, we found it comfortable, clean, rooms made up daily and towels changed daily. staff friendly, food good, downside no tea coffee making facility in room, also no UK tv channels. Short walk to a lovely beach. Plenty to do and see.

Have just returned from this hotel after a short break stay.
Hotel is central, basic and clean.
The staff i found where pleasant.
The first room I was allocated, could only be described as a joke. But they were quick to move me to a pool view room, which was still small but was bright and airy.
Ate in hotel twice as meals were included in price. Found something, but plenty of reasonable places to choose from within walking distance.
My issue is that this hotel has paper thin walls. You can hear every door bang, toilet flush, furniture getting moved, cleaners starting their shift and actually heard someone vomiting through the night. If you have already booked this hotel and cannot ammend, invest in a good pair of ear plugs. If you can change their are plenty of 2 star properties that look lovely in same area.

Stayed at the Camposol on a recent Stag Weekend in Benidorm. It is a budget hotel, and therefore the facilities are basic. The staff were very friendly, the bar was cheap and there is a small pool and patio area, which we did use, but most guests, who were 99% Spanish, used the beach which was a five minute walk away.

We had a twin room, which was really basic. The beds looked small and hard, but were comfortable and the room had Air-con. Most rooms faced the pool, but we had a small balcony 1 metre x 1 metre, that looked down into a small area in the middle of the hotel.

The bathroom was basic, but clear and the shower was good.
We did not use the restaurant even though Breakfast was included in the rate.

They have safe deposit boxes in reception.

Will not stay here again, staff were OK but didn't seem interested in English guests it seems aimed at the Spanish, my room was so tiny no balcony it was laughable really, i was woken up several times a night by slamming doors and conversations through the paper thin walls! The pool is ok but never gets the sun due to position of hotel and surrounding hotels. There is a reason this hotel is cheap so spend a little more and go elsewhere.

To start the room is smaller than my bedroom at home... no hairdryer... no kitchenette - no microwave, toaster, kettle and no fridge to keep cool drinks or snacks in!! Balcony very small only fits on chair and no view from our room. You are looking out onto 4 white walls from the balcony. Tried to complain about the room to reception as there are other rooms visible from the outside of the hotel with an acceptable sized balcony but the staff were dismissive and not helpful in the slightest. Apparently “none of the rooms have fridges”. Room is very dark and dingy. The only positive thing I have to say is the aircon is good. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS!
