Absolutely astonished view of the Levante beach from the 15th floor where we stayed. The hotel is located on the beach.
We had a junior suite with sea view which means double room. Big rooms, very modern equipped and a fabulous terrace overwhelming Benidorm.
We took the plan with full board and we did not regret. The meals were very ok.
Also the pool is very nice.
For the nightlife there are plenty of bars and clubs on walking distance.
There is an underground parking in the hotel for which you have to pay 17 eur/day.
I stayed in this hotel with two friends for a weekend break . We were half board in a suite on the 22nd floor. I loved this hotel!!! Check in was easy. The suite was really spacious with a lounge diner , there was a fridge and kettle with all the crockery you'd need for making hot drinks etc. And glasses for cold drinks. Not that we did make hot drinks but we made good use of the fridge. There was a bed settee in the lounge that was of a high standard. A large flat screen TV was also in the lounge. There was wardrobe space in the lounge too. The bedroom had twin beds that had really good mattresses that were really comfy and there was a large built in double wardrobe. There was also a wall mounted TV in the bedroom. The bathroom had a bath with shower over and there was a hairdryer. The breakfast and dinner were both buffet style with a great selection of food catering for all tastes. There was even Cava available at breakfast!! The tea was already made in an urn for you to fill a pot for your table. Our suite had a huge balcony the width of the apartment offering fantastic views out to sea and of Levante Beach. At the rear of the hotel there was a fab pool area with ample sun beds. We only used it on our last day as we preferred the beach. We were out late in the evenings but it wasn't a problem as there was always a night porter on to let us in. The hotel bar opened straight onto the promenade and was all open during the day. It was a great place to sit and have a drink whilst people watching. Plus if you were a hotel guest you got a discount . I'd definitely stay here again
Just back from a 5 night stay @ les Dunes suites. Can't fault it- central to everything (few mins from tikki beach bar) so no taxis or hassle. All rooms are front facing & we got floor 15 (out of 23) so had a super amazing view, it felt like being on a cruise ship! Defo recommend..
Great location, easy to find. Reception and bar/restaurant areas are nice and well furnished. Lunch in the restaurant was very good with good selection on menu. 10% discount for hotel guests but you must show room card when ordering.
Breakfast was very good and caters for all requirements. Steady flow of freshly prepared food coming through to the hot buffet. Nice light and airy breakfast room with very polite staff.
We had a suite on 18th floor. Very quiet, clean and well serviced, however, a bit basic and most of the furniture is tired and needing to be replaced. Good size bathroom but again, needs a freshen up, tile grout in particular. Laminated flooring in bedroom, not our preference. Two single beds pushed together and not the most comfortable. Nice balcony looking over beach and is equipped with table, chairs and 1 sun lounger. Gets the sun from mid morning to late afternoon. Good selection of UK channels on TV, well, enough for us.
A bit of a mixed review but overall we enjoyed our 3 night stay. Any longer and we would be looking for a bit more comfort from a 4 star hotel.
Stayed at Les Dunes with husband and a friend and met up there with family member.
Our room on the 23rd floor was spacious and comfortable. We had half board and thought the food was ok not fantastic. The position of the hotel is really great right on the promenade. It was very hot so it was good to chill out by the pool which was secluded and had plenty of shade. Most of the guests were from European countries other than Britain which was fine.
