The hotel was clean and in a good location. We were welcomed when we got there. Only downside was that there was only breakfast tea available or coffee, although we booked for 2 adults, we only had one bath towel and also two single pillows no issue when we requested more though and they were brought straight up. Also, our room backed onto the workers area for smoking and breaks so they made a noise early in the morning and also there was no air con in the rooms so was slightly warm! Plus with everything going on the bar was shut so had to make alternative arrangements for an evening meal. That aside, staff were pleasant and breakfast was as expected.

Room was clean and tidy, decent size. Bed was comfortable. The only issue was above our room was constant loud banging all night! Tried to speak to someone on the desk at reception but there was no one there and there's also no phone in the room to call anyone. Kept us up all night, very frustrating.

We stayed here for two nights after being moved from the Croxley Green hotel, I'm presuming due to Covid. We had booked an accessible room for my grandfather which we received, however, the washing facilities are still a bath which he couldn't access. A shower or walk in bath need to be installed in these rooms! The beds were very comfortable and black out curtains made for a peaceful sleep. The location is decent for Watford town centre, Vicarage Road or Warner Brothers Studio. Due to covid the restaurant and bar weren't open in the evening, which was a shame. But, breakfast was good, however there could be more options for vegans. There are vegan options on their evening menu (which wasn't available) but none on the breakfast menu. A decent budget stay but could do with some improvements.

Visited family in Watford. Hotel was clean and tidy. Covid rules in place but the best part of the stay is the breakfast. Not so much choice but the cooked breakfast is superb. Friendly staff too!
Downside we had a room facing the road. Some noisy cars at night!

We had been moved to this location as Croxley Green Premier Inn closed (?). This hotel felt very clean. Room was usual standard, comfortable bed and lovely hot shower. Notice stated room would not be cleaned during duration of our 2 nights which was fine. Only had 1 pillow each instead of usual 2. We had a first floor room which meant we could hear staff cleaning the rooms above. We did not have a takeaway meal from the restaurant and did not take breakfast as we had other arrangements.
