Words cannot describe this wonderful B&B, where the attached mill and original miller's house date to the mid 1600s. My husband, myself, and another couple stayed here while exploring rural Belgium. We had a comfy room and our friends had the bedroom that the present king of Belgium's parents stay in when they are in this area.Outside of the bedrooms is a huge hunting lodge/great room with large fireplace and many mounted animal trophies on the wall. Geraldine and Georges are wonderful hosts and both speak good English. We booked for one night and stayed for three. Merci pour votre hospitalite merveilleux Geraldine et Georges!

We had a warm welcome, great stay, nice bedrooms and a HUGE livingroom with a fireplace, all in the old watermill building from 1688. The decoration is very much hunting and cottage theme (antlers etc all over the place). Good fresh breakfast, nice garden. All in all a great place for a few days while exploring the Ardennes.

We stayed here in Summer, end July 2014 for a few days. The weather was very pleasant and sunny, not very warm. We liked the beautiful stone 17th century building, the large spacious and interesting upstairs living room, the warmth and homey atmosphere of the house, and the helpful couple who own and run the B&B. We adore their little Jack Russell Terrier called Ginger; she was very friendly and adorable. The bedroom was quite large with attached bathroom. Breakfast was simple and healthy - ham and cheese, bread with butter and many types of fruit jams; plus natural apple juice, coffee and tea. No eggs though (I love some boiled eggs for breakfast).
We liked the large sunny garden full of flowers and the woods filled with trees and creek towards the far back of the house. There was wooden table with chairs, plus sun lounging chairs to enjoy the sunshine. There's a cool running stream and watermill next to the house. You can take long walks or hikes in the surrounding woods. The place is excellent for nature lovers, and anyone who wants some peace and quiet. The B&B is not far from the Ardennes, the caves, and other larger towns & villages like Rochefort, Namur, Dinant, Bouillon, Han sur Lesse, Durbuy (world's smallest village), etc.
Please note that payment of rooms are only in Cash. Luckily we had enough cash with us at the time. If you don't have enough, there are ATM machines in the nearest town.
