Tried to find, tricky as the whole area is a building site. Checked in, very polite, Gold Member so upgraded to a pool view. Got to my room, which was close to the cafe, all I could hear was screaming children. Checked out the outdoor pool, missing tiles everywhere. Ordered room service, food was okay, delivery quick. Went to bed, it sounded like someone was trying to jump through my ceiling. This went on until after 3am, then at 7am the children started screaming again. Trying to check out, 20 minutes with only one person on the desk. Thanks to this I missed the opening time for the gas station and had to wait 40 minutes for them to open. Glad to leave, I was so tired.

YES it is multi 5 stars resort. 5* for location. It has the best location in the southern region of Saudi Arabia. 5* for administration. You can see the general manager and his team taking care of resort's guests and making sure that they are enjoying their stay. 5* for reception. They are kindly welcoming their guests and arranging their check in and check out. 5* for rooms and room service. I have no comments. Just you ask for your needs and see how professionally they provide it. 5* for facilities. They have cute kids club, professional gym and spa and swimming pools. 5* for restaurant. Every Thursday night the dinner is Sea Food. Big assortment of delicious sea gourmet. Feel your self eating fresh sea foods in the middle of the ocean. If you visit Jizan City and you are hungry and looking for super excellent Mediterranean and European restaurant, Radisson blu is the choice as every day they have rich menu of freshly cooked food and great promotions. Thanks to chiefs and personals working in the resturant for the perfect effort they do to increase your satisfaction. Finally special thanks to Mr. Najeeb Ghousheh the general director of Radisson blu for his kindness and hospitality.

The hotel is clean in general. The beach and pools needs more attention. The lobby has no music and has no spirit. The service is very good. The staff are friendly and they want to help in any way possible. This hotel is located in a great area and can do better if the maintenance is better. Rooms are nice and clean. I left my room and got back it was not clean so no body came to clean it. In my opinion this hotel needs a spirit and more drama to make it the best in town. As is this hotel is not a 4 star hotel and more of a 3 star hotel. I will come back and give it another chance. I do recommend this hotel to every body. Have a great stay and best regards. I loved it and I advise anybody looking for clean quite hotel to stay in Radisson Blu. sitting by the pool is very relaxing. I liked the smile of the staff. my booking was including breakfast. The food is very delicious.

I just enjoyed every thing. The location adjacent to the beach and outdoor swimming pool with very nice landscapes. The team over there is very kind and worm welcoming you. Food is delicious as well especially the seafood menu.
