Hotel was located next to the beach. Very nice sand beach.
All facilities were clean, and everything worked well. Nothing fancy but worth of money.
Hotel is quite small and first half of our stay we had the pool almost as private pool.
I can recoment this place.

We are really grateful to the hotel Perla Beach in Agia Maria. Everything was excellent. We did not have a reservation at this hotel. So, we just appeared at their reception and asked for a room. It took 10 minutes to get the keys. The staff was extremely polite and nice. The room was big, clean and rather cozy. It was equipped with all necessary kitchen staff. What is important - everything was clean like in the hospital :) Also, I would like to say a few words about the terrace with a swimming pool view. During the day children were playing there and, on my mind, it was a safe place for them. But in the evening it was our lounge zone, sooo romantic and convenient. The beach is in 3 minutes from the hotel, so you can go there at any moment to say hello to the sun or to count the stars in the night. By the way, the bus stop where you can catch the bus to any of the most beautiful beaches of Crete is just near the hotel. If you have a car, you can use free hotel parking. So, we really liked everything and can recommend this hotel to our friends.

Stayed in Perla Beach hotel with my family for 13 nights AUG-SEP18. It was a plesant surprice. Room was spacious as well as the balconies. Aircondition unit worked great and safe box available in the room without extra cost. Cleaning service everyday, change of linien and towels every other day, very friendly staff overall. The beach is steps away which is great and average cost for 2 benches is 5Eur. Restaurants and shops are also close by and easy to take a bus or a taxi to Chania or Platanias for more variaty. Highly recommend staying in Perla Beach :)

This was the second time I visited Chania and I decided not to stay at the old port because of the noise. The Perla Beach apartments were more like suites and there wasn't alot of noise. Very well designed and clean. The pool was very clean and well maintained all the time...I stayed there with my 2 other gfriends so the price was very affordable and the suites were spacious.
The staff helped us with directions to different places we wanted to visit so all in all a good deal!

Our stay was a delight. Perla Beach has nice sized rooms with little kitchens in each room. The resort is super clean and the employees were very nice and helpful. The pool is perfect, and the most beautiful beach is just a short walk away .i come again next years
