This is a very good hotel. I stay in this hotel for business and the confort of the hotel is exellent.
Relaxing, silence room, clean, confortable, nice restaurant.
I really suggest this hotel if you are close to Niihama.
SUGGESTED
Niihama is in fact not a very popular tourist location in Shikoku. This is the only and likely the best hotel that you can find in Niihama city.
Generally speaking, the hotel is well located and reasonably decent for business trip or short stay. However, it is a bit understaffed, even without manning in the concierge (I observed for two days). The room is of a typical design. It is generally spacious, clean and tidy. The breakfast is just average with not much variety, especially for western style food.
In gist, there is nothing very good or very bad for this hotel.
Stayed there for a night during a business trip.
It's a big hotel but wasn't crowded when I was there.
The room was clean and nice and quiet, I had my room facing the mall and the mountains, but nothing to complain.
I did not have much interaction with the staffs except for when I asked for the WIFI password in the lobby, they were polite and understand English. So are the rest of the staff who were very polite.
Breakfast is located on top floor with city view, they have both Japanese and Western selection, although not much but all the basics are there.
Across the hotel, there's a Uniqlo shop, a suit shop, and a steakhouse, which is convenient. Next to the hotel is also a big Aeon mall, I walked there through a big book shop and the parking which took less than 5 minutes. I think the location is good.
Room moderate typical Japanese hotel.Good service.Internet WiFi in room n public excellent.
Bfast good. Nearby area, AEON mall just 4 minutes walk, and nearest convenient store about 5 minutes walk too. Got 4 types restaurant within the hotel.
Good value for money. oh ya they also rent a bicycle..Y540/24 hrs.
I stayed here on business and would have given it five stars except there were no queen or king size beds. Being two meters tall, I barely fit on the double bed in my room. Otherwise, it was a great stay. The hotel is very upscale with several good restaurants onsite. Even better, you can walk next door to a large shopping mall full of stores and restaurants.
The breakfast buffet on the top floor was excellent with a wide choice of both Western and Japanese dishes, coffee, tea, and juice (I appreciated the pitcher of grapefruit juice).
The internet service was fine. And there the hotel does not have a business center, I took a USB drive to the front desk and they printed documents for me.
I plan to return to the area later this year and I will definitely stay here again.
