The Beverly Wilshire hotel is iconic. It's elegant and beautiful - in the heart of Beverly Hills. A very easy walk to Rodeo Drive where you can shop or just wander around. The Beverly Wilshire is the spot where Julia Roberts and Richard Gere stayed in Pretty Woman. I believe they allow very small cats and dogs.
It's hard to go to Los Angeles and miss out on Sunset Blvd. Check out the Mann's Chinese Theatre and the characters all dressed up. Maybe take a photo of the two of you next to your favorite star on the sidewalk. But if the Hollywood Bowl is open, maybe you should go to a show there instead of the Griffith Observatory and/or Sunset Blvd.
It's beautiful here. Right in the middle of hustle and bustle, but a total refuge. I lived in LA for years before even realizing it was there. Just stroll around and talk or bring a book to read. It's free, so just spend a little time checking it out. It's been the site of some movies like The Big Lebowski, Spiderman, The Social Network and Ghostbusters. There are very pretty gardens. You'll forget you're in the middle of a city.
Really exciting and cool feeling to ride in a helicopter. It's possible that you could have Lorenzo Lamas as your pilot, but you should ask if that's something that would be fun for you. The views are great and it's a fun and romantic way to see Los Angeles. It's something unique to experience with your significant other and something you won't soon forget. The staff is great and easy to work with.
I think Yamashiro is a very romantic place. You can even have one of the helicopter ride tours bring you here. The views of the city are gorgeous and you can also opt for the garden dining which is my personal favorite. I love gardens and it's an outdoor dining experience with heat lamps to keep you warm. The food is very good and the service is, as well.
This is a great spot in between Venice Beach and Malibu. It's not far from the Santa Monica Pier and great restaurants. You may just want to dine at their restaurant, which is very good. It's such a nice hotel and restaurant. There is also a spa! It's right on the beach. Homey and comfy, but elegant.
Very nice people and romantic thing to do before dinner at the Inn Of The Seventh Ray. They are very accommodating with your level of riding. It's also called Los Angeles Horseback Riding.
This is a beautiful beach. There is seaweed and there are rocks, caves, etc. Great for taking photos and having a romantic time. Not so much for swimming, however. Beautiful views.
Great sushi and food. Nobu is world-renown with excellent food. Very romantic right on the ocean. There is an oceanfront patio. It's tough not to be romantic and feel spoiled in this setting. Drink some champagne, savor wonderful food, enjoy the lifestyle and each other.
Very nice place to hold hands, walk and get all romantic. The bridges over the water are really sweet and it's a nice place to take photos. Nice to see if you are close to Venice. It isn't far from the beach, so if you've walked for a little while, take a stroll on the beach.
IMO you can't have a romantic getaway without a spa in the mix. Especially a couples massage. Not super fancy, but relaxing and nice with great massage therapists.
There's nothing wrong with eating next to the beach! Ocean views, fireplace… The staff has always been fantastic. The food is very good, so you just can't go wrong.
