a MUST DO.....everyone and anyone who comes to Cape Town has to come here. Restaurants, good shopping, boat trips could go on an on....
What a treat to be able to see this magnificent scenery... get onto a boat and travel around and you will be mesmerised by the sheer beauty of the island
Its a boat ride out to the island and all ages enjoy this, as it is part of the heritage of Cape Town and nothing nicer than letting someone else do the driving LOL. sit back and relax, only downside is the smell but that is nature. You may also get to see the boat wreckage if you are lucky as you go past it, nice family, couples day out.
Nice restaurant and a good days outing with lovely scenery
what a drive, easy and assessable and what a view of the mountains and sea, wonderful wonderful a must see.
Something to see once if you are into your history but I don't think many youngsters would appreciate it
8th wonder of the world need I say more.... take a cable car ride to the top this route is on hop off and hop on bus which stops at ticket office and wow this is first on your agenda. a must see
best beach in my humble opinion and what more can want but white sand like icing sugar between your toes, water is slighter colder than you would expect but on a hot day nothing nicer than wading in, foodies would love this place as restaurants are in abundance
If you dare yourself this is a must do, wow but you should book early as they are usually very full and in great demand.
beautiful area of the cape on your way to cape point, restaurants are fantastic and dover sole yummy and views wow what more can one say
especially for one and all, leaves from waterfront either by helicopter or boat and it is expensive but worth every penny
A luxury way to see the surrounding area and harbour etc... goes quick though but worth the expense
nature loves beware as you will fall in love with this botanical garden so much to see so much to do, picnic etc
cheap and cheerful chain of fish restaurants mainly with daily specials and if from abroad so cheap... food is fresh as quick turnover of diners whether lunch or dinner, very affordable
what a treat, we had our anniversary lunch here and the prawns and calamari were to die for, the view of the mountain was magnificent too. attention to detail and treated like royalty
wonderful hotel in the heart of the waterfront fantastic location and wow the weekend tea is something to behold
as we took my elderly mother and her carer for tea here one sunday whilst on holiday we decided to book a tea afternoon, everything from savoury to sweet and you will certainly not be disappointed around R150 per head but on exchange very reasonable
what more can I add but this is a fantastic opportunity to see both oceans meet there is a cable car and lots of steps so be prepared
