"Although we found the flights from Amsterdam comfortable, this was the month more stringent COVID-19 tests were implemented, that we were not aware of, we arrived at Faro airport to be told we could not fly, further we had to re-book our flight, attempting to do this was the worst experience we have know with an Airline, the teller was brusque and totally dismissive of our situation, given that my wife is disabled and we are both in our 70,s basically we had to pay a further 350 euros for a one way flight for two on the nearest flight which was the Saturday."
