It is a very welcoming b & b - very small pool and sitting areas. There is no garden as such. Breakfast is wonderful - the hosts are charming and our room was comfortable. We were out and about most of the time ( we had a week there) so the lack of 'garden' as such was not a problem. Yes, prices are high there now....

HI

I am staying here for my fourth time in January 2018 and it is wonderful and situated just off the main road thru the town. There are no grounds only a small swimming pool albeit you can sit out and enjoy the sun and shade but I would offer some caution if you think that the garden space is anything other than postage stamp size.

The main street is some 150 yards away give or take and there is parking off road for guests. The hosts are lovely and the service is second to none.

It is very close to the main road and you can walk everywhere. There is a small garden and a small plunge pool. You can have wonderful walks in the sunshine from there. Franschhoek is hot and generally dry in January. I hope you have a good holiday in this lovely guest house
