can we (2 people) get a room for either oct. 5, 6. 7, or 8th..and how much, and how close to the park are u and do u have any help for dissabled
The Inn is located inside the Park not to far from the entrance. The Gus Grissom memorial is the first attraction as you come in. You will turn left for the Inn. If you go straight, that road will take you on into the park. You will need to drive to any part of the park, I would think, with a handicap. The walk would be a bit much. There are rooms at the Inn that are handicapped and there is a ramp into the Inn and a elevator. The restaurant is accessible as well.As stated earlier you will have to call the park for reservations. October is a busy month there on the weekend because of the turning down the leaves. The Persimmon festive will be over at that time as well, but I would call soon to check on a room.
Yes, there is Handicapped accessibility into Inn, and they have Accessible rooms, that are very nice. You'll have to call the Inn, directly for details and reservations. They are easy to talk to, plus all staff is helpful and friendly.
