We flew from Durban to Cape Town, and not sure about a Durban to Johannesburg flight. We flew on Mango Air. Also know that South African Air flies in and out to many places. Can easily look up their schedules on-line. Johannesburg is closest to Kruger. Outlook Safaris picked us up at the airport in Johannesburg (or they will pick up from your hotel) and drove us to Kruger. It was about a four hour drive. If you go to Outlook Safaris web site, there is a schedule of each safari but there were people that joined our safari at different days so they must make accommodations.
