Easiest way to drive to the Quepos office from Uvita? I don't understand the directions. We will have a gps though, but I'm not sure what to enter on it as there doesn't seem to be an address!

Hi Lorri

what you can do is get to Quepos down town once there you can park your car in the Canopy office and get a ride with the bus the take everybody to the site , or follow them with your car to the site.

You can find them in waze as Canopy Safari

Suggest Taxi. Roads generally terrible. Signposting worse. HTH.

Hi Laurie, this provider picked us up and returned us to our resort and honestly the drive was not for the faint of heart. I would guess that we traveled 15-20 miles through the jungle to get there. An address likely won't help...but GPS coordinates might. Definitely worth getting there though. Great adventure.

We didn't drive, so I don't know how to answer this. We were picked up in Manuel Antonio, stopped to sign waivers at the office in Quepos, then driven on to the site. I will say Quepos is not a big town, and the office seemed to be very centrally lov=cated in downtown (close to the main church), so if you can get to Quepos, you should be able to find the office easily.

We have to try - we are coming from the Envision festival and so rented a car for the next two days at the special rate for Envision participants. I downloaded Waze app and am hoping that will get us there ok. It's apparently less than a one-hour drive (according to Google maps!) Hopefully I can just search for the Quepos Canopy Safari office and gps will find it as there seem to be no official addresses in Costa Rica!

Oh my goodness. We did not even attempt driving. Roads are intense, winding, curvy and signs are difficult. My advice: Call company and they send a shuttle to pick you up and drive you to Ziplining sight, which is in the middle of a jungle. Use the shuttle. Enjoy. Look for Alex, he s great! Pura Vida. We are home for 1 day and wish we were back in Costa Rica.

Hi, we didn't drive that exact route, but Google Maps worked great in and around Quepos, and the Canopy Safari office is in the heart of Quepos, so you'll be fine. Parking is a little hectic in Quepos, but not too bad. Good luck!
