I'm wondering how clients tend to do with sea-sickness? Is it a problem for some or is it generally calm enough that it doesn't really pose an issue?

I get sea sick but I had no problem. It was an open boat and I kept my eyes on the horizon. It was a beautiful, calm day, though.

I don't tend to be seasick, but the boat was fairly steady and the waters pretty calm. I didn't notice anyone having any problems.

The boat was calm when we went but we took Dramamine before we went just in case!

It wasn't a problem on our trip. The water was fairly calm. It may not be a bad idea to take a scopolamine patch for a person not used to being on a boat. I have boated in this area multiple times and have found it to be relatively calm on each trip.

We found the cruise to be quite calm and smooth. The area is quite protected by the islands. We didn't see anyone having any trouble at all.
