Are there group guided tours in English? Does the museum offer a detailed guide of the collection in English?
I don't think they have an English audio guide but for some exibitions sometimes they have tour guides with people. but it is not commun.
But I have no idea. You seem to have gotten lots of good answers though. It's not too big and easy to visit. You'll love it!
I dont know about group tours because we did not seek that information. There are english subtitles. If you have a large group you may want to email or call the museum and ask if they can do something special. I did see some groups in there with one person speaking but I did not pay attention to what they were doing. It is a wonderful collection. Hope you enjoy.
You can get a recorded guided tour at the gift shop. I think it was about $5.00, but that may be refunded when you return the equipment. I am not positive. Have a great time!
I'm not sure but on a walking tour the guide included a bit of time to visit and explained a few of the paintings. There are publications about the exhibits too.
I saw people with audioguide.
Yes. We got English recorded guide from the gift shop. If there was a cost (I don't recall) it was nominal.
Sorry, I have no idea.
I am no sure-but all of the information on the walls were both in Spanish and English.
From Lonely Planet:
try taking a free one-hour tour Tuesday through Saturday (in Spanish and English; 11am and 4pm), which varies the part of the museum to be highlighted. Audio guides are available in Spanish, English and French.
