It's better in the afternoon for a non-alcohol family experience. There are plenty of non-alcoholic drink options. You can spend from 20 USD person. Parking is on the street but with security guards. They do accept tips- amount is to your discretion. Hope this helps!
There are lots of food and beverage choices, including non-alcoholic. The portions were quite large. I sent over half of mine home with a friend who was not staying in a hotel. Re parking, I don't know as we had a private driver who dropped us off and picked us up. I always tip 20% for meals. (which is probably too much, but, hey, they deserve it.)
You will get plenty of choices in terms of drinks as well as food ranging from Italian Pasta to BBQs. They also have a sushi bar where you can pick things of your choice in a kind of buffet spread. A good meal for 4 with drinks should cost you around 50 to 75 USD add a tip of another 3-5$ to your bill.
Car Park is available and well guarded by Masaai warriors who expect you to tip them about 500-1000 shillings.
View is great from the place but can be noisy during evenings considering they have a LIVE band and many expats are regular visitors here.
You also have an option of other hotels around Peninsula if you want to try.
There are indeed plenty of choices on the menu, but this is not an expensive restaurant. They have plenty of soft drinks, tea and juices. The grilled octopus is great. Our group of 4 usually did lunch for around $ 50. There is parking. I usually tip 15%.
