1. If I am getting a uber to Georgetown, where should I ask him/her to drop me off at?
2. If I have a saturday morning there, what are the must go places?
3. Any nice restaurant for lunch?
Thanks a lot!
Spend some time on the waterfront! I love it as the sun goes down. And if it's not too hot and humid, and if you are up for it, it's worth walking to the Kennedy Center.
As above. Intersection of M and Wisc Avenue and you can go up/down either to find pretty much everything you want. For evening drinks/coffee/pastries/people watching Four Seasons.
I agree with the suggestions of Thomas. It is just a very pleasant community and he has make excellent suggestions
Have the Huber pick you up at The Georgetown Inn on Wisconsin Avenue. It is near Wisconsin/M Street. In the morning just wander the shops on Wisconsin, M Street, all the way down to the Potomac River. If you are not interested in shops just wander the streets of Georgetown. For lunch: Martin’s Tavern which is across the street from The Georgetown Inn. The Inn also has a nice restaurant.
There is a lot of restaurants around it. For dropoff, you need to know exactly where you are going as it is a very big area
