It depends how many courses you order, wines etc. For four of us - main course and dessert and a bottle of MCC and 10% tip it came to R1500. Enjoy! It's a great restaurant!

Does depend a little on what you order and your taste in Wines.but based on our experience if you budget R750 per person you should be fine. And will probably have some change.

If i remember correctly the menuvwas available on their web site. Also you must definately book.

Interestingly enough i booked on line and they phoned me in Australia to confirm.

Food was excellent service was outstanding. When you get there it would be worth pulling the Maitre d aside and let him kniw you are on a budget and adk him to asdist you accordingly with wine choices etc.

We had a party of 14 people in September, with plenty of wine. Most people shared starters and most had desserts. It cost 6600 Rand including tip

Good day,

I assume that all the party are adults as this is not a children's restaurant.

The perspective on costs depends on where you come from: if SA it is very expensive especially the wine list (not much in the way of decent reds below R400 - can pay R100 corkage and take your own) if from say UK then relatively good value at current exchange rates.

Minimum charge R250 per head. 4 of us with two bottles of wine at about R350 per bottle, starter and main and 10% tip worked out at about R575 per head.

I hope that this helps. You can do your maths from here! dependent on appetite, drinking and tipping habits. Enjoy and happy birthday. Douglas
