Tickets available on the "train" itself. Not sure though that it is worth the ride.

Check out the website for Heritage Malta and look for their "shop page (on the left hand side of that page you can see a link to the ticket you are asking about). Sorry to be cryptic but TripAdvisor doesn't allow one to list websites so you will have to google it). I assume you can start at any one of the places and do them in any order. You can buy the tickets online but I also assume you can buy them at any one of the attractions listed as part of the ticket. We did not use the combined tickets. Loved the Domus Romana - interesting if you like Roman stuff, didn't get to see St. Paul's catacombs because they were closed at the time...did get to see St. Paul's Grotto, though and the catacombs/WWII shelters accessed through the the Wignacourt Museum. Didn't visit the Museum of Natural History, Did take the train ride and didn't think it was worth it. Don't see much on the ride and it is a very bumpy ride. Our favorite part was visiting the Palazzo Falson and just wandering around in beautiful walled Mdina...the cathedral was also interesting.
