You need to contact the hotel to have a staff wait for you or arrange to at least leave your room and gate keys as there is no staff on premises after 9pm. The hotel has a main gate which is locked all the time.

Hi there, let the staff know ahead of time. They are very responsive to emails. The front door will likely be closed at that time but when I visited there was a staff member onsite 24hours he was not actively at the front desk working round the clock but was available for emergencies and off-time requests. He let us into the grounds at 7am the day of our arrival. Hope this helps.
