    I would send them a mail. The receptionists are extremely helpful.

    and they are lovely and will help you out.

    My wife and I stayed in this first class hotel a few months back. Before our stay I wrote to their guest Services team by email who responded promptly. I have no doubt they will accommodate this request.

    You have made a wonderful choice in this hotel and you are sure to get a great vacation.
