Is the website in Italian, im trying to book tickets direct without going via a tour company and it wont translate the pages to english?
the entrance to the church is free.
there is no need to book in advance for San Maurizio and the Archeological museum, unless you're a party of 10. there is hardly any line. just make sure it's open on the date of your trip.
The church is open Tuesdays to Sundays 9 am - 730 Pm.
Instead, you MUST book for the Last supper by Leonardo da Vinci.
Entrance is free. People from the fiundation who took care of restaurations can be asked about the place, they are very dedicated and kind, but no fee is charged and no reservation necessary. I visited in July, it was weekend, but it wasn't particulary crowded. So, enjoy!
It would only cost you if you booked a tour thru a company. Best to go alone(or with a friend) - you will have better opportunity to enjoy the frescoes - just do some advanced reading about the history of San Maurizio.
Entry to San Maurizio is free - they do accept donations to help in restoration efforts.
Entrance is free. Scheduling hours: Tuesday to Sunday from 9.30 am to 7.30 pm; on Thursday from 9.30 to 22.30.
it is free...
