I'm sure they would cater for your needs..there are rooms on the ground floor....give them a ring... definitely worth a stay at the hotel....

Their is certainly a ramp into the ground floor area giving access to bars and restaurant. I didnt look for a lift so cant help on that point.

There is a disabled parking space and some ground floor rooms usually used by those who bring dogs I think but am not sure. Reception, bar and restaurant and loos are all on the ground floor but I would ring the hotel they have always been helpful and friendly

Hi Alan, I think there is wheelchair access but you will need to park on the bottom car park rather than the top car park as otherwise there are lots of steps. You will also need to book a room on ground floor as there are no lifts. Can I suggest that you ring them too as they are really helpful and you may be able to get a room with a little more space? River view is best, don't book the canal side. Hope this assists. Thanks
