No it would be too far & is not somewhere for a day trip. You need time to relax & enjoy the tranquility whilst taking in the beautiful scenery

I don't think they would allow visitors to partake in the activities or meals so probably no point in venturing there if you aren't staying over. I'd highly recommend staying there a night or two though (preferably two) - it's completely different to Cape Town and a total sanctuary :)

It is about 2-3 hour drive from Cape Town. Mosaic is set up for a very intimate experience for their guests. There is only 4 rooms so a total of 12 ppl and they tailor everything to the visitors that are staying at the lodge. We stayed for 2 nights which was a perfect relaxation spot. I would recommend going for at least 1 night but to be honest it prob will feel rushed and you won't get to experience of how special the staff makes you feel in that time.

If I remember correctly it was about a 2 hour drive from Cape Town, so maybe? But I am not sure if Mosaic allows just a day visitor. I would recommend calling or emailing them, they were very response and helpful in answering my questions while we were still planning and before we arrived!

I suppose you could. We made the drive in about two hours driving through Betty's Bay, so if you by-pass the coast road that'll save more time. Call ahead to see what outdoor activity would be planned for the day of your stay. But a single night really doesn't do it justice.
