Can you get a ticket online (separate from the follow-on train journey). I know I could do it with Malpensa Express. I hate to purchase one with a certain time stamp & then my flight arrives over 90 minutes later - I'm out of luck! Any truly flexible tickets, or only when at station?
Our flight lands in Rome at 13:40 on March 30th, a Saturday afternoon. We will then take a train to Napoli. Do I dare book our train tickets ahead and risk a possible flight delay? (I think I can purchase a upgraded ticket that will allow for changes. ) or am I safe to purchase the tickets at the time of the ride? If I purchase in advance how long should I allow for us to gather our luggage and make it to the termini for the fast train?
So if I travel with my wife and 3 children (10, 8 and 4), I need to at least buy 3 tickets, right? as the free children trip is only for 1 paying adult.
Hi. I have purchased tickets for the Leonardo Express from Roma Termini to FCO online. The tickets show the time and date of departure. I plan to print these out. Do these tickets need to be validated? (Is there a way to validate a paper print out?) It seems obvious that they shouldn't need validation since they're for a specific time and date, but I just want to make sure and avoid the hefty fine. Thanks in advance for your kind help!
